As mentioned in the initial Playlist: Running article, there is a strong correlation between music consumption and performance in sportive activities. This effect gets even better when the beats per minute match your running speed. Therefore I suggested a few songs at around 160 BPM in the afore-mentioned article. All of the selected tracks more or less fit into the rock’n’roll genre. They’re all pretty rough and straightforward.
For those of you enjoying electronic music more than the heavy guitar stuff, I tried to come up with another 160 BPM playlist. This time it’s an electronic beat collection. Still with the idea in mind to be equally energetic to push your run as much as possible.
